Meet Our Team

  • Steve was pretty much born into the mortgage world. He has been working in mortgages since 1998. Outside of work he is usually found with his beautiful family exploring the North Shore mountains by bike or ski, depending on the season.

  • Jeff’s been helping people navigate mortgages since 2005, backed by a Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of Calgary and hands-on experience in finance, real estate development, and investment.

    He moved to BC in 2009 and now calls Victoria home with his wife, Michelle, and their three kids. Along the way, they’ve collected a few “home chapters,” including Squamish, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Cumberland, and Hornby Island.

    When Jeff isn’t working, he’s usually outside cycling, running, skiing, or dreaming up the next adventure. He loves exploring nature with his family and travelling abroad.

  • Ryan brings a background in sales and account management to his role as a licensed mortgage broker, joining Spin Mortgage all the way back in 2015. A long-time Vancouver Islander, he spent much of his adult life in Victoria and now lives in the Nanaimo area with his wife Hilary, their son Adao, and their hound dog Ben.  

    Outside of the office, you can mainly find Ryan at the boxing gym (don't mind if he has a black eye), playing music or hiking the Vancouver Island trails with his family.
